Bulldog Scholars Academy (BSA) and Scholars Studio aim to offer impactful interdisciplinary learning experiences. To support that process, the Academy taps into faculty members' collective knowledge.
Faculty work together to plan the interdisciplinary learning experience and final project during the spring semester. Then, during the summer, they meet on a weekly basis to discuss student progress and pedagogy-related topics in a space called the Faculty Think Tank.

Prof. Hoke Glover introduces his ENGL 101 students in the FPAC Recital Hall.

Dr. Haroon Rashed (EDUC 101) and Prof. Alexandra Rodriguez observe final presentations--teaching demonstrations on sociology-related topics.

Faculty-Led Think Tank Topics
Dr. Frederick Mills: Liberation Theory
Dr. Sabrie Wiggins-Rose: Trauma Informed Teaching
Prof. Hoke Glover: Discussed his book, Crazy as Hell: The Best Little Guide to Black History and talked about how he uses it to support students' reading development.
