Mentors lived with the scholars in the Entrepreneurship Living and Learning Community Residence Hall. Each mentor was assigned a group of scholars and charged with helping them navigate the social and residential aspects of college life. Mentors hosted activities, met with scholars for evening reflections, helped participants navigate conflicts, and offered a listening ear.

Extra-Curricular Activities
Mentors planned, coordinated, and led evening extra-curricular activities, designed to facilitate community building and stress relief. Some of the activities promoted an active lifestyle and included kickball, basketball, and manhunt. Other activities appealed to niche interests, including E sports, paint night, and karaoke. On Fridays, mentors hosted all community events—engaging activities designed to build community and collaboration.
